GM went and asked a recruiter at his work if they look at what institution a prospective employee obtains their degree from. He said yes, and that they look for different institutions depending on the field. So GM asked how an accounting degree from U of P would be considered and the guy told him that it's just fine. The guy said he figured he'd be better off just continuing with U of P than backtracking and wasting more time and money. Whew, I guess we're going ahead with the original plan...until it changes. Just like all y'all told me, it's working out. :P
(However, as a side note, GM has the legal department of U of P all riled up and looking into it because they're supposedly accredited by an acceptable institution so there should be no problem.) :P

THat is good news! And I think it is good that UP is looking into it so maybe someone else won't have the same misguided notion about credits that transfer!
