Just a Little Bit More About May...

We had a Woellhaf Family Reunion at the end of May this year (minus some who wouldn't succumb to our pleas and grace us with their presence....they were missed) :(

Here are a few of my favorite photos from the campout:

silly rabbits

guzzling water

bundled up and sound asleep in daddy's arms

good ol' buds
(flying kites in case you couldn't tell)

Coco hangin' out with cousin Sophie and aunt Nannie

camping seems to agree with Chloe

Sophie and her little cooler

"Don't you LOVE my shades??!"

cute little Coco Bear

the kids sure got a kick out of these kites

There was a lake with canoes ("fast eddies" and "stable mables") or paddle boats. We had a blast out there on the water with almost everybody else!! Many tried more than one boat!

You think it's just grandma and grandpa??

think again!! :)

I think this may have been Wayne and Justin's 3rd or 4th trip out onto the lake!
(That's grandpa in the middle)

the whole family suited up and ready for the paddle boat
(sorry, didn't get a pic of us on the paddle boat...
but don't worry we sure got pooped!!)

Nannie and Ashley out with the boys

little sailor girl
(trying not to be sad that she missed
out on the paddle boat)

Rob, Molly and Ben in a stable mable
(after our paddle boat escapade...
they're obviously more "trooper-ish" than I am) :P

Coco all ready to canoe
(except her mom only took her paddle boating) :)

paddle boaters

canoe-ers

After the lake our camp hosts got us a spot on the challenge courses. I can't even remember what number it was...was it 2?? Well, nevertheless, we had such a marvelous time cheering each other on and facing our fears together!!!

I can't say ALL, but most of us in this pic were scared to some degree of spitless...
but we ALL faced our fears!!!

The rest of the weekend was spent in the Salt Lake Valley doing various activities. One of which was visiting the Great Salt Lake.

Another activity was to go to Temple Square. We got to see an AMAZING scale model of inside and outside the Salt Lake Temple. We also got to see the Joseph Smith Movie, as well as a small tour of the conference center.

the blurry grandkids that were there
(we're missing 5 or so)

I just love this pic of Rob with little Coco!!!

THE END
